Our fully redecorated and remodeled one bedroom / one bathroom condo on Capitol Hill is available for home exchanges (simultaneous or non-simultaneous) and for vacation rentals (two night rental minimum). And our fully-equipped, secure, quiet and clean condo can accommodate two people.

The condo is located in the heart of historic Seattle within walking distance of shopping, theaters, restaurants, public transportation and more.
